Like when you have to cut someone short because you need to reach the toilet *before* the diarrhea really hits. So, one possible shorthand for brushing someone off (but make sure they're in the know on this!) is, "Diarrhea moment!" as you rush away. Or explaining after the fact if there's not enough time to even get those two words out, "I'm sorry about that, I was having a diarrhea moment." Or if you have something that won't gross out as many people that works for you, that's fine, as well.
