I'm legally female according to Texas law, or at least according to the DPS. But anyway, that's not a loophole we would be interested in taking advantage of, since (1) it would be supporting the law that doesn't recognize me as female, and (2) it would be traumatic to be treated as male, regardless of the circumstances.
