		<description>This is cool, but I have one critique: I don&#039;t understand how wholeheartedly avoiding things that you think are unpleasant is really different from living in fear. It strikes me that the winning approach here would be to identify the things that you think are unpleasant and then figure out how to overcome them. Alternately, figure out a goal that is desirable in its own right that takes you away from those unpleasant things, and work towards that.

That might seem like a minor difference, but I think it&#039;s actually pretty important. Defining your life by avoidance seems like it would be pretty unsatisfying, and possibly stressful.</description>
